I started my career as a web programmer and familiar with Microsoft solutions such as VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, IIS, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS,MS SQL SERVER, SHAREPOINT SERVER and so on. I also love to find open source solutions for business needs such as Ubuntu, MYSQL, DNN, CSLA, R and etc…

To be continuous self-learning, I adopt new skills every year. Currently, I am studying the skills and knowledge for a Data Scientist needs. Besides studying new IT skills, co-work with different peoples to know their insights and solve their business problems is my favorite part in my career. That’s why I also learn Project Management knowledge and Agile Methodology, even Business Analysis.

September 2020 ~ Present

Senior Manager -

As a senior manager, I handled more complex projects and people more than usual especially for global projects. Leading PG and BA team to co-work different OBU colleagues such as US, EU and India. My team size has 20+ members( included a remote PG team in Chengdu, China). So I started to adopt AGILE, SCRUM even Business Analysis metrologies to make things done well and successful. Here are projects I have been through.

  • D-Link Global SCRM implementation ( included EU, India)
  • D-Link EU BPM System
  • D-Link EU Self Service Portal
  • Build D-Link Global Site Backend Sitecore Support Team


In the meanwhile, I also started to learn skills for a Data Scientist and Cloud Architect such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure to support above projects.

2013 ~ August 2020

Project Manager -

To be promoted a project manager, I started to lead PG team and co-work with different teams such as BA team and Infra team closely. For this period, I was not only on programming skills improvement, but also focused on project management, team leadership and soft skills to make projects which could go well as expect. The projects in this period I took care as below:

  • D-Link HQ EBIZ System revamp ( Hundred million serial number data inside)
  • D-Link HQ Business Trip Expense System
  • D-Link China Workflow System revamp ( Include 14 Subsystems)


2011 ~ 2012

Senior Information Engineer -

After marketing division, I transferred to IT division and started to develop key subsystems which integrated with JDE ERP as below. Moreover, started to guide junior engineers.

  • D-Link Middle East Pipeline System

During 2008~2010, I shifted to new business division and started to co-work with many divisions such Product Planning, Product Management, RD and vendors to build D-Life Platform and related products. The key systems I built as below

Information Engineer -

My first job in D-Link HQ is an information engineer in marketing division. There were three main tasks as below.

  • Create D-Link Product Guide for a Flash version

Classifier for Google Review in Customer Service

Retrieve text from Google Review. Use random forest algorithm of machine learning to make a classifier. This classifier can distinguish Review type from input text automatically without human select type manually.
